Job Description

Our client is seeking an HR Generalist \& Office Administration Specialist to support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. This role will be responsible for managing HR processes across the employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth office operations and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Human Resources
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities such as job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer administration.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support employee relations matters and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate employee orientation, training programs, and engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and compliance-related activities.
  • Office Administration
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative processes.
  • Process invoices, purchase requests, and administrative documentation.
  • Support travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings.
  • Maintain inventory of office assets and supplies.
  • Assist with internal meetings, events, and workplace logistics.
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and employees as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3\+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, Office Administration, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and administrative operations.
  • Experience working in multinational or fast-paced business environments is a plus.
