We’re partnering with a growing real estate organization focused on providing high-quality, affordable housing across the U.S. This organization is investing heavily in its sales function and is seeking a

Director of Sales

to lead strategy, drive occupancy, and elevate performance across the portfolio.

This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to build, scale, and optimize a sales organization using modern tools, data, and best-in-class processes.

What You’ll Do

Drive Sales Strategy \& Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
  • Set clear, measurable targets and lead the team to exceed them
  • Identify market trends and uncover new opportunities for growth

Lead \& Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Build, coach, and mentor a results-driven sales organization
  • Create a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Provide ongoing training and development to elevate team capabilities

Leverage Data \& Technology

  • Utilize CRM systems and analytics tools to track performance and optimize sales efforts
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market insights to inform strategy
  • Implement tools and processes to improve lead generation, conversion, and engagement

Enhance Customer Experience \& Partnerships

  • Partner closely with operations, inventory, and internal stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

What We’re Looking For

  • 8\+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven success driving revenue growth in a data-driven environment
  • Experience selling high-value products (real estate, housing, automotive, etc.)
  • Strong experience leveraging CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills
  • Experience within housing, real estate, or related industries is a plus
