Frontend Developer

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.

• Build reusable, modular, and scalable mobile components and frameworks.

• Drive mobile architecture decisions, coding standards, and engineering best

practices.

• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, startup time, and memory

utilization.

• Ensure seamless user experience across Android and iOS devices.

Native Mobile Development

• Develop and troubleshoot Android applications using Java/Kotlin.

• Develop and troubleshoot iOS applications using Swift/Objective-C.

• Integrate React Native modules with native Android and iOS components when

required.

• Diagnose and resolve platform-specific issues, crashes, and performance

bottlenecks.

Engineering Excellence

• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and production-grade code.

• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.

• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability mechanisms for mobile

applications.

• Ensure adherence to security, performance, and reliability standards.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and Backend Teams.

• Participate actively in sprint planning, estimation, and execution.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to overall engineering capability building.

Must-Have Skills

Primary Skills

• 3–5 years of software development experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise in React Native.

• Deep understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.

• Strong Android development experience using Java/Kotlin.

• Strong iOS development experience using Swift/Objective-C.

• Experience integrating native modules with React Native applications.

• Expertise in REST APIs, JSON, mobile networking, and asynchronous programming.

• Strong understanding of application security, performance tuning, and memory

optimization.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Engineering Fundamentals

• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns.

• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.

• Understanding of scalable and resilient application design principles.

Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)

• Experience with ReactJS for web application development.

• Experience with Java-based backend development.

• Exposure to microservices architecture.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of analytics, crash reporting, and observability tools.

• Experience working in large-scale consumer-facing digital platforms.
