We help our customers’ cyber security and technology teams discover, prioritize and treat the most important risks based on real-time risk analytics, automated risk assessments, and remediation. With actionable insights and timely communications provided by our software, our customers are reducing their response times to the constantly changing and emerging threats and saving their business from potential negative and significant impacts.
We are seeking a

As a Product Manager with a strong UX orientation, you will bridge the gap between customer stories, use cases, product capabilities, and user experience design. You’ll work closely with engineering and customer-facing teams to define and deliver workflows that are both powerful and easy to use, ensuring that different personas (e.g., analysts, program owners, remediation teams, executives) can effectively accomplish their goals within the platform.
Key Responsibilities
User-Centered Product Design
- Define and design user workflows based on specific personas and roles within cybersecurity programs (e.g., vulnerability managers, security analysts, remediation teams, executives).
- Translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive, guided user experiences that drive adoption and efficiency.
- Advocate for simplicity and usability while balancing the flexibility and power of the platform.
AI-Assisted \& Dynamic Workflows
- Help shape AI-assisted user experiences, including human-in-the-loop decisioning, guided recommendations, and emerging agent-based workflows.
- Ensure AI-driven features are transparent, explainable, and aligned with user expectations and trust.
- Design for dynamic, real-time environments where prioritization and workflows evolve based on incoming data and changing risk signals.
Product Ownership \& Delivery
- Own features and product areas end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Help develop clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that reflect both functional and UX considerations.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of workflows and user experiences.
Customer \& Market Insight
- Work closely with customers, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to understand real-world use cases and pain points.
- Conduct user interviews, workflow analysis, and usability validation to inform product decisions.
- Incorporate feedback into continuous improvements of the product experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on product direction and execution.
- Serve as a voice of the user internally, ensuring that product decisions are grounded in customer value and usability.
- Partner with Product Marketing to clearly communicate workflows and value propositions.
Workflow \& Platform Optimization
- Identify opportunities to streamline user journeys, reduce friction, and improve adoption across the platform.
- Define and track success metrics related to usability, engagement, and feature adoption.
- Help establish best practices for workflow design and consistency across the product.
Qualifications \& Experience
- Experience: 4–7 years of Product Management experience in SaaS or enterprise software, with a strong emphasis on user experience and workflow design.
- UX \& Decision Design: Demonstrated experience designing user flows, journeys, or decision-support experiences within complex applications.
- AI Awareness: Familiarity with AI-assisted product experiences, including concepts like human-in-the-loop workflows, explainability, and trust in automated systems.
- Technical Understanding: Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical systems, APIs, and data-driven platforms. Experience in cybersecurity or data platforms is a plus.
- Customer Focus: Experience engaging directly with customers to gather insights, validate solutions, and refine product direction.
- Communication: Strong ability to articulate product vision, user needs, and design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Execution: Organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
Here’s a Little More About Us
Brinqa was founded in 2008 by cybersecurity and technology veterans that witnessed first-hand the significant amount of time and people it took a company to manage the various tools and resources to protect the business from the ever evolving and changing world of cybersecurity.
Building a cybersecurity platform that connects all of the relevant IT, security, and business data resources to create a common data view with actionable insights would give companies a resource that would allow them to respond faster, smarter and more efficiently.
In June 2021, with a solid and effective product benefiting and significantly impacting Fortune 50 companies, Brinqa received its first and only institutionalized funding with Insight Partners. Investing $110M and a minority position in the business, Insight Partners provided Brinqa a way to provide their cybersecurity platform product to more enterprise companies by building their employee base with expertise in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and People.
It is an exciting time of growth and for individuals to make an immediate and lasting impact on the company and its market
