CRE Private Equity Analyst

We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a growing, vertically integrated real estate private equity platform for a newly created

CRE Analyst/Senior Analyst

position.

This role offers direct exposure to portfolio-level decision-making, institutional reporting, and investment support \& works closely with senior leadership

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain property-level and fund-level financial models, including cash flow projections and return analysis

• Perform scenario analysis and strategic planning initiatives

• Present financial analyses and recommendations to senior leadership

• Support portfolio oversight through asset management models and analytical reporting

• Prepare investor, joint venture, and lender reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field

• Strong Excel skills with experience building and maintaining financial models

• Experience with Argus strongly preferred; exposure to BI or reporting tools a plus
