On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$150,000 - $200,000: 0-1 Year Experience

$250,000 - $300,000: 1-2 Years Experience

$300,000 - $500,000: 2-3 Years Experience

$600,000 - $800,000\+: 4\+ Years Experience

$5,000 per month \+

uncapped commissions

Work Schedule:

📅 Standard

5-day workweek

(8:20 AM - 6 PM) with occasional weekend availability for company events

**Fully onsite**

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Rep:

  • Prospect and qualify leads

through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.

  • Engage with decision-makers

to build relationships and uncover sales opportunities.

  • Conduct discovery calls

to assess needs and align prospects with our high-ticket offerings.

  • Educate potential clients

on the value of our events, coaching, and training programs.

  • Negotiate and advance leads

through the sales pipeline toward closing.

  • Track and manage pipeline activity

using the CRM, ensuring accurate lead follow-up.

  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly activity goals

(calls, emails, follow-ups).

  • Continuously improve sales techniques

through training and feedback.

  • Be a key player in a high-energy, goal-driven team

focused on business growth.

Qualifications of the Sales Rep:

  • 2\+ years of proven sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication \& relationship-building skills
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work onsite in Aventura, FL
  • Valid driver’s license \& reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check \& drug screening
