The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years of ground-up, New York City construction experience in an assistant project management role. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be extremely organized and have excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage all project documentation (RFI, Submittals)
- Manage and assist with financial documentation (Purchase Orders, Change Orders and Requisitions)
- Compile, issue and track subcontracts and purchase orders (via Procore and DocuSign)
- Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and various suppliers / trades with your PM and field team
- Assist with estimation, bidding and buyout process with the PM team and estimators
- Level, understand and articulate bids, change orders and other documents
- Effectively communicate project status and progress with team and management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be familiar with Procore PM software, Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and DocuSign
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills are a must as is a passion for construction
- Experience in the NYC construction market
- Possess at minimum DOB SST credentials (OSHA 30)
