We're looking for a

Content Lead \& Writer

• someone who loves shaping content strategy just as much as crafting it. Join our small, growing marketing team, help drive iDenfy's content-driven growth in the RegTech world, and work closely alongside an experienced Content Writer. 🚀

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain the content plan, manage the content backlog, and set priorities across the team
• Coordinate with Sales and Product teams to gather content ideas and align on messaging
• Assign topics and deadlines to the Content Writer, and assure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
• Write new articles and edits for the website and landing page copy on a day-to-day basis - this makes up roughly half of your time
• Apply SEO practices across published content
• Use AI tools to support research, while producing final copy without AI assistance
• Balance your time across content management (\~50%) and hands-on writing (\~50%)

What we expect from you:

• 4\+ years of experience as a content manager or content team lead, ideally writing about technology or IT-related topics
• Excellent written and spoken English, as all our content is produced in English
• Proactiveness, can-do attitude, responsiveness, eagerness to learn, motivation, flexibility
• Comfortable working with AI tools and quick to apply them in your day-to-day work to drive efficiency and quality
• Experience coordinating or mentoring other writers is a plus
• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. RegTech, Fintech, or similar) is a BIG plus

Gross salary:

2975 - 3636 €/month. We are open to discussing the final salary based on your skills, experience, and competencies.
