职位描述：

1\.负责印尼小米主体的外部审计对接工作，确保审计合规

2\.负责印尼小米主体的日常账务处理合规工作

3\.负责完善印尼小米业务涉及的财税系统流程

1\. Coordinate with external auditors for Xiaomi’s Indonesian entities to ensure compliance with audit requirements

2\. Ensure compliance in the day-to-day accounting operations of Xiaomi’s Indonesian entities

3\. Improve financial and tax system processes related to Xiaomi’s operations in Indonesia

职位要求：

1\.具备10年以上四大\+甲方公司账务管理经验，熟悉印尼会计准则及基本税务法规

2\.认真负责，能够细致处理账务合规事项

3\.善于沟通，能够与内部外相关团队建立良好联系

4\.中文加分

1\. At least 10 years of experience in financial management at Big Four firms and client-side companies; familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and basic tax regulations

2\. Diligent and responsible, with the ability to handle financial compliance matters with attention to detail

3\. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build good relationships with internal and external teams

4\. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
