Job Title: Project Manager – Strategy, Growth \& Expansion
Location: Spartanburg, SC (Hybrid – In Office 3 Days / Remote 2 Days)
Department: Enterprise Project Management Office
About the Role
Security Finance is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that support business growth, operational expansion, and enterprise-wide transformation. This role is ideal for a professional who can balance execution excellence with strategic thinking, helping drive revenue-generating initiatives and positioning the company for continued success.
You will play a critical role in expanding into new markets, optimizing operations, and identifying opportunities for innovation, while partnering closely with Corporate leadership, Operations teams, and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth \& Business Expansion* Lead strategic projects focused on revenue generation, market growth, and expansion into new states
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute business strategies and operational plans
- Identify opportunities to increase leads, improve performance, and drive profitability
- Support evaluation of new markets, including regulatory and operational readiness
Project Management \& Execution* Manage full project lifecycle including scope, timeline, budget, resources, and deliverables
- Lead cross-functional teams through the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
- Remove obstacles and maintain focus on priority initiatives
Risk Management \& Operational Oversight* Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate risks across projects and strategic initiatives
- Provide leadership with visibility into project health, risks, and performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk
Technology \& Innovation* Lead or support initiatives to evaluate and replace critical business software systems
- Partner with IT and business leaders to implement modern, scalable solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve systems that support growth and operational efficiency
Collaboration \& Leadership* Collaborate across Corporate departments and Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Work closely with executive leadership to communicate progress, risks, and strategic outcomes
- Serve as a key liaison between business units, ensuring transparency and accountability
Act as a change leader, driving adoption of new processes and initiatives

Qualifications* Proven experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of business strategy, growth initiatives, and operational expansion
- Ability to connect project outcomes to revenue impact and business performance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior leadership and executives
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications* Experience in consumer finance, financial services, or insurance industries
- Experience supporting multi-state operations or expansion efforts
PMP, CSM, or other Project Management/Agile certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field

Work Environment* Hybrid role based in Spartanburg, SC Corporate Office
- In-office 3 days per week, remote 2 days per week
Office setting with standard computer and communication responsibilities
