Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with 5\+ years of experience who has shipped hardware products and has a strong consumer instinct for a Series-B Robotics startup to own the Flagship Product from end-to-end. This person will be instrumental in the first-ever beta deployment this fall, translating ambitious user experiences into detailed engineering requirements. We need a humble, hands-on leader to help them define a new category in robotics.

What will you be doing?

• Translate the user experience story for the beta program into detailed, error-handled PRDs for our hardware, software, and ML teams.
• Develop and own the trust, safety, and compliance policies for the program, coordinating with legal and engineering on waivers and certifications.
• Partner with the CEO and marketing lead on the strategy for publicizing the beta's success, including selecting and documenting user stories.
• Maintain strong relationships and constant communication with engineering leaders to manage progress and adapt plans in real-time.
• Build and eventually manage the product team responsible for scaling the Founding Family Program.

Who you are?

• 2\+ years senior/lead PM role
• 5\+ years of experience in product management for physical hardware in the consumer space
• Shipped a

hardware product

to real consumers.

• Led a new product launch from 0- to- 1 at Seed- Series B high- growth startup
• Degree in a non- business field (e. g. , technical, psychology).
• Authored

detailed engineering requirements

(PRDs) from user stories.

• Defined and managed trust, safety, or compliance policies.
• Experience with AI/ML products or autonomous systems.
• Demonstrated consumer instinct and product storytelling ability.
• Demonstrable, thoughtful passion for robotics beyond industry hype.
