We’re looking for a Creative Director, Social within the PepsiCo Creative Studio to act as the lead creative voice and cultural driver for some of PepsiCo’s most visible social programs. - Work hand-in-hand with social strategy, account leadership, production, and analytics to ensure creative ideas are insight-driven and executionally sound.
Creative Stewardship:
- Ensure work is on-brand, on-strategy, and emotionally resonant while pushing brands forward creatively, not playing it safe.
Client \& Stakeholder Leadership:
- Present work with clarity and conviction to senior marketing stakeholders, helping them see social as a creative growth engine, not a support channel.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750\.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

- Experience directing creators, influencers, and talent in authentic, brand-safe ways
- Strong storytelling instincts paired with hands-on making skills

- Comfort operating at senior levels with clients and internal leadership
The Ideal Candidate
You are a social creative leader first, not a traditional CD retrofitted for digital. You think social first. You’re excited by culture, platforms, creators, and the evolving digital/social ecosystem instinctively. You know when to push, when to simplify, and when to let the internet do the talking. You are student of pop culture. You know when to steer a brand towards a trend and when to steer it away. You bring taste, craft, and clarity, and momentum. And you make teams better by working alongside them, not above them.
