R&D Chemist -UV Liquid

We are seeking a talented

R\&D Chemist

to support the development and optimization of ink and coating technologies, with a strong focus on UV-based applications within the flexible packaging space. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys working in a laboratory environment, solving complex formulation challenges, and collaborating cross-functionally with customers, sales, and manufacturing teams. The position involves developing new formulations, troubleshooting product performance issues, evaluating raw materials, and improving existing products for both performance and cost-efficiency. You will also play a key role in providing technical support, communicating findings through reports, and ensuring smooth scale-up from lab to production.

The ideal candidate will have a

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field

and

3-5\+ years of experience in ink or coating formulation

, with strong lab-based experience. Knowledge of

UV or EB technologies

is highly preferred, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
