General Description Of The Role

The Global Integrated Communications Senior Specialist supports the end to end Integrated Communications strategy for the House of Aperitifs, including Aperol, Campari, Crodino, and Sarti.

The role contributes to translating global brand strategies into integrated activation plans across Owned, Paid, and Earned channels, ensuring strong alignment across Content, Culture, Advocacy; Digital PR, Partnerships, and Global Moments, acting as an orchestra lead to deliver a single, consistent, and clear and successful brand story, from strategy to execution and connecting global-local touchpoints.

Working closely with Global Brand Teams, Markets, COE functions, and agency partners, the role helps ensure coherence, relevance, and excellence in execution across multiple brands, platforms, and markets. The position reports into the Global Integrated Communications Manager for the House of Aperitifs and plays a key role in enabling effective cross brand and cross market ways of working.

Your Tasks

  • Support the development and deployment of the global Integrated Communications strategy for the House of Aperitifs across Owned, Paid, and Earned channels
  • Translate brand strategies and priorities into integrated activation plans, covering content, social, culture, advocacy, Digital PR, partnerships, and global moments
  • Contribute to content excellence by supporting brand storytelling and ensuring consistency of narratives, assets, and messaging across agencies, creative partners, and markets
  • Provide operational support for global toolkits, brand and activation calendars, PR / Friends Of The House frameworks, integrated communications models, and creative and strategic guardrails
  • Partner with Global Brand Teams, Integrated Marketing Solutions, and Markets to support the integrated execution of campaigns, cultural initiatives, and priority platforms
  • Support the coordination of agency ecosystems, helping ensure integrated ways of working across creative, PR, social, influencer, and Digital PR partners
  • Key platforms include TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and major social content ecosystems.
  • Contribute to the rollout and operationalization of integrated frameworks, including Earned Media models, cultural playbooks, and Integrated Communications education initiatives (e.g. The Drop)
  • Support the Integrated Communications Manager in orchestrating multi brand workflows, agency coordination, prioritization, and day to day execution across the House of Aperitifs
  • Assist in ensuring consistency in measurement, reporting, and learning processes to help scale best practices across brands and markets.

Your Profile

  • 6/7 years of solid experience in Integrated Communications, Brand Communications, Digital Marketing, PR/Advocacy, or related fields, preferably in a global or multi brand environment; experience within the sports/entertainment or F\&B industry is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Owned, Paid, and Earned communication ecosystems and how they work together to drive brand impact
  • Passion for Content, Culture, and Storytelling, with sensitivity to brand tone, creative excellence, and cultural relevance
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including global teams, local markets, and agency partners
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to navigate complexity and work effectively across functions, brands, and time zones
  • Structured and detail oriented, with a balance of operational rigour and strategic understanding
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
