Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Talent Sourcer who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and brings a proactive, relationship-driven approach to building clinical talent pipelines. This individual is a true go-getter—someone who can quickly establish credibility in the behavioral health community while designing and executing strategies that drive consistent, high-quality pipeline growth.

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategic sourcing, talent marketing, and community engagement, owning outreach campaigns and developing creative ways to engage both passive and active clinicians. You will serve as a trusted advisor to provide market insights and shape sourcing strategies that enable scale.

Responsibilities:

Pipeline Development \& Engagement

  • Build and maintain always-on, high-quality pipelines of licensed behavioral health providers (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD)
  • Design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, SMS, niche platforms), including segmentation, personalization, and multi-touch sequences
  • Develop creative sourcing and engagement strategies to reach passive and hard-to-fill talent pools
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clinicians, creating a warm, engaged talent community
  • Establish and manage relationships with:
  • Graduate programs and training institutions
  • Internship, residency, and fellowship programs
  • Professional associations and clinician communities
  • Support and participate in networking events, conferences, and talent engagement initiatives (virtual and in-person where applicable)
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure seamless candidate handoff and strong candidate experience

Sourcing Strategy

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end sourcing strategy for clinical roles across geographies and specialties
  • Develop market maps and targeted sourcing plans for:

+ Hard-to-fill markets

+ High-demand specialties (e.g., child/adolescent, SUD, assessment/testing)

+ Bilingual providers

  • Build scalable outreach frameworks and playbooks, including campaign design, messaging strategies, and channel optimization
  • Lead experimentation with new sourcing channels and innovative approaches (referral programs, alumni networks, niche platforms, re-engagement campaigns)
  • Partner with TA and marketing to align on and amplify the employer value proposition (EVP) within outreach and campaigns
  • Act as a thought partner to TA leadership, influencing hiring strategies and prioritization

Market Intelligence \& Insights

  • Provide actionable insights on:

+ Talent supply and demand by geography

+ Competitive hiring practices and trends

+ Candidate feedback and expectations

  • Use data to inform sourcing strategies, campaign targeting, and market entry decisions
  • Track and report on key performance metrics:

+ Pipeline health and coverage

+ Outreach and campaign performance (response, conversion rates)

+ Source effectiveness and market penetration

  • Deliver regular insights to inform workforce planning and hiring forecasts
  • Act as the voice of the market, proactively identifying risks and opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5–8\+ years of experience in clinical sourcing, recruiting, or talent engagement

+ 2\+ years of experience in behavioral health sourcing strongly preferred

  • Proven success building pipelines for licensed clinical roles and hard-to-fill markets
  • Demonstrated experience owning outreach campaigns and sourcing strategy end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of:

+ Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD)

+ Geographic and regulatory hiring constraints

  • Experience building external partnerships (universities, associations, communities)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

Our strategy is based on robust market research, including external advisory specializing in national compensation, and thoughtful input from every level of our organization. It is a combination of a cash salary, equity, benefits, wellbeing, and opportunity. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for applicants is $120,000-$150,000\.
