Required Skills \& Experience:

  • 8 years Digital/Technology Product Management experience, to include Digital/Technology experience in Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, and/or Research/Testing.
  • Experience implementing in-app webviews and preventing external browser launches for mobile applications.
  • Ability to manage URL routing so all links stay contained within the mobile application environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Technology/Digital products and emerging technology platforms, applications data analysis, and research techniques.
  • Experience developing, influencing, presenting, and communicating highly complex business/digital/technology concepts to cross-functional teams, non-technical users, and senior leadership.
  • Extensive experience working in an Agile, Lean Product Development, and Lean Portfolio Management environment.
  • Knowledge of Experience Design concepts and Human Centered Design concepts, roadmap development, journey mapping, competitive analysis and research, and situation analysis methods.
  • Experience building mobile products in the Billing \& Payment domains
  • Proficiency with the following tools: JIRA, JWM, Rally, FIGMA, Zoom Whiteboard, Glassbox, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Deep understanding of native development constraints and cross-platform frameworks

Plusses:

  • Extensive experience of web services and how mobile apps communicate with backend services
  • Comfortable with crafting detailed product requirements and API documents
  • Core understanding of bottlenecks in mobile release cycles and solving for development roadblocks
  • Experience with balancing platform hygiene (new OS design updates/capabilities/releases, platform guidelines, and developer tooling) against strategic product roadmap.
  • Foundational knowledge of GenAI concepts and its applications

Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a Digital/Technical Product Manager. This person leads mobile product work. They decide how features should behave, how the app should guide users, and how to fix problems in the user journey. They make sure every touchpoint stays inside the mobile app rather than opening external browsers. They support engineers and designers by offering clear direction, requirements, research, data insights, and experience goals. They plan roadmaps, review analytics, and support delivery teams.

  • Leads teams and stakeholders to identify customer needs, define problems and gaps, and translate them into clear product initiatives (requirements, epics, and features) with an executable strategy.
  • Experience implementing in-app webviews and preventing external browser launches for mobile applications.
  • Ability to manage URL routing so all links stay contained within the mobile application environment.
  • Manages complex, cross-functional Digital and Technology products end to end—from concept through market validation—by coordinating closely with Business, UX, Technology, Operations, and Marketing partners.
  • Builds, quantifies, and defends product investments using business cases and hypotheses, clearly articulating the value and expected outcomes of Digital and Technology solutions.
  • Uses data-driven analysis to measure product performance against KPIs and KRIs, reports results with rigor, and shares best practices across the team.
  • Enables teams to generate actionable insights using multiple tools and data sources, identifies improvement opportunities, and ensures approved enhancements are implemented.
  • Sets a high standard for clear, persuasive communication by translating complex concepts for diverse audiences, including senior leadership, and leading product definition, discovery, delivery, and risk-alignment sessions.
  • Conducts internal and external research and conducts situational analysis to identify and apply industry best practices and trends to increase the effectiveness of Digital or Technology products.
  • Actively manages ambiguity, influences others to bring in “big picture” thinking and drives clarity, solutions, and execution plan among team and stakeholders.
  • Maintains and applies expert knowledge of the business, technology, UX, and relevant experiences and processes, and an expert understanding of Product Management.
  • Consistently provides guidance and mentoring to team members and acts as an escalation point, ensuring issues are resolved.
