Job Description
RENECO's mission is to implement a global conservation strategy aiming to restore and preserve the Houbara bustard populations of North Africa (Chlamydotis undulata) and Asia (Chlamydotis macqueenii).
To achieve these goals, RENECO has developed a multidisciplinary approach within different centers in Morocco, Central Asia, and the Arabian Peninsula by combining fundamental and applied research.
To cope with the expansion of its activities and due to the development of new conservation projects, RENECO is opening new positions, giving a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious conservation program.
You will join the Human Resources team within the Centre Management Division (CMD), the division responsible for providing operational, administrative, financial, human resources, and strategic support to Reneco’s centers and projects across different countries.
Based at our Headquarters in Abu Dhabi
and reporting to the International Human Resources Manager, you will contribute to HR activities across multiple countries, with a particular focus on Morocco.
The role requires close collaboration with our centers across Morocco and other countries where Reneco operates.
Frequent international missions are an integral part of the position, enabling direct engagement with local teams, implementation of HR initiatives, and coordination with management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Participate in performance management, training plans, and employee development.
- Contribute to the annual salary review process.
- Participate in budget preparation and ensure proper follow-up.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS system.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Collect, review, and analyze HR data.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
- Participate in the CMD HR activities and operations.
- Provide HR support and coordination to the centers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within multinational and multicultural environments.
- Fluent in French and Arabic, with a good command of English.
- Full understanding of Moroccan labor laws.
- Capable of collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an advanced level of Excel.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work well under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of adjusting quickly to changing situations.
- Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Available for frequent and extended international missions.
