Primary Responsibiliti**

esAs an Assistant Project Manager, your primary responsibilities includ

• e:Assist with negotiations, scopes of work, change orders, submittals and RFI
• s.Help manage construction drawings, specifications and related document
• s.Take a leadership role in the QA/QC process, material expediting and trackin
• g.Aid in the management of subcontractors and other team member
• s.Ensure all onsite operations are conducted safely, on-time, on-budget and to our quality standar
• dsBuild strong client/owner relationships and support business development effort
• s.Coordinate the purchasing of essential safety supplies, products, or training item

s.What You Bring to

• UsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is preferred; or 3-5 years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experien
• ce2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management of multifamily, tenant fit out or hospitality renovation projects in the $1 million - $10 million dollar ran
• geThorough knowledge and understanding of project budgeting and job costi
• ngGeneral contracting and/or construction subcontracting experien
• ceAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detai
