Marketing Manager \| Student Housing

📍 South Florida (On-Site)

We're partnered with a rapidly growing real estate investment and operating company focused exclusively on student housing. As the firm's portfolio continues to expand, they're looking to add a Marketing Manager to lead property-level marketing initiatives across a portfolio of communities in high-growth university markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to directly influence leasing performance, brand strategy, and resident engagement while working alongside an entrepreneurial leadership team.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive occupancy and pre-leasing performance across a portfolio of student housing communities.
  • Manage digital advertising initiatives across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms while partnering with third-party marketing agencies to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and online reputation management for multiple properties.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and onsite leasing teams to support leasing goals and improve resident engagement.
  • Coordinate resident events, local partnerships, and campus marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign analytics, marketing budgets, and key performance metrics to continually improve results.
  • Maintain property websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing assets.
  • Support corporate branding initiatives and marketing collateral as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 3\+ years of marketing experience within student housing or multifamily real estate.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, content development, and digital analytics.
  • Experience working with third-party marketing agencies and evaluating campaign performance.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities across several properties.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to support onsite teams during key leasing periods.
