We're working with an innovative technology business looking for a technically strong engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and working closely with customers to deliver real-world solutions. This is a hands-on position that combines technical delivery, collaboration and problem-solving, offering the opportunity to influence how products evolve while working across a variety of challenging projects.

What you'll do

• Partner with customers to understand technical challenges and deliver successful solution implementations.
• Work alongside engineering and product teams to provide feedback, shape future capabilities and help solve complex technical problems.
• Investigate issues, troubleshoot integrations and contribute to technical improvements where required.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, acting as a technical expert throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and domains.
• Experience developing production-grade software using Java or Python.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• A proactive problem solver who enjoys taking ownership and working independently.
• Experience working across modern software environments, with a technology-agnostic mindset and a genuine interest in understanding both technical and business challenges.
