About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and growth-oriented
Performance Marketing Manager
with proven experience in scaling SaaS products across
India and UAE (Dubai) markets
. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital advertising platforms, performance optimization, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
This role requires a strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription funnels, and data-driven marketing strategies to drive qualified leads, product trials, demos, and customer conversions.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing \& Campaign Management
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for SaaS products across India and UAE markets.
- Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- JioHotstar Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- X (Twitter), Programmatic, Native Advertising, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive lead generation, free trials, demo bookings, and paid customer acquisitions.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and revenue growth.
Growth \& Funnel Optimization
- Own and improve key SaaS growth metrics including:
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- CPL (Cost Per Lead)
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- LTV (Customer Lifetime Value)
- MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)
- ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)
- Build and scale full-funnel marketing strategies across:
- Awareness
- Consideration
- Conversion
- Retention
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, messaging, and conversion paths.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Content, and Design teams to execute successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Analytics \& Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance through dashboards and detailed reports.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations through weekly and monthly performance reviews.
- Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign efficiency.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital advertising innovations, platform updates, and privacy regulations.
- Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities in India and UAE markets.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably within SaaS, Technology, or Digital-first businesses.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- JioHotstar Ads
- Demonstrated success in managing campaigns across India and UAE markets.
- Deep understanding of SaaS customer journeys, subscription models, and retention strategies.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with tools such as:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Looker Studio
- Mixpanel
- HubSpot
- CleverTap
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page performance improvement.
- Ability to independently manage large advertising budgets and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS or high-ticket SaaS products.
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads and account-based marketing strategies.
- Experience managing international and multi-currency campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with attribution modeling and advanced analytics.
