Role Responsibilities

Coordinate projects end to end by making detailed plans and directing activities for Finance stakeholders and their customers.
Structure, lead, and execute complex finance projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
Own and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and alignment of deliverables.
Manage risk proactively by anticipating issues and implementing mitigation strategies to meet timelines and objectives.
Ensure processes support project objectives by leading process mapping and documentation updates.
Identify change impact and oversee change deliverables, collaborating with Change SMEs on best practices.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
PMP, PMI, PMI-CPM, AI Program Management, PROSCI, or similar qualifications.
Understanding of Finance business functions and ability to support execution strategies.
