Role Overview

We are looking for a

Business Analyst

who can work closely with

product, engineering, QA, support, and leadership teams

to bring clarity, structure, and documentation to complex AI-driven platforms.

This is

not a generic BA role

.

The work involves

deep functional understanding

, system mapping, documentation, and translation of real-world requirements into implementable product logic.

Key Responsibilities

Product Understanding \& Functional Mapping

• Understand LENS platforms end-to-end (VMS, AI analytics, ICCC, UNMS, SAFER).
• Create detailed

functional flows, user journeys, and system workflows

.

• Break down complex use-cases across domains such as surveillance, safety, smart cities, defence, and enterprise environments.

Documentation \& Specification

Prepare and maintain:

• Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
• Use-case documents
• Feature descriptions
• Release notes and change logs
• Support internal documentation for deployments, demos, and tenders.

Cross-Team Coordination

Act as a bridge between:

• Product \& Engineering
• QA \& Support
• Leadership \& External stakeholders (when required)
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood, tracked, and implemented.

Support to QA \& Releases

• Assist QA with test-case understanding and validation.
• Participate in release planning, feature verification, and post-release reviews.

Required Skills \& Experience

• 2–5 years of experience as a

Business Analyst / Product Analyst

in a tech or product company.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand

technical systems and workflows

(even if not coding).

Experience working with:

• B2B / Enterprise platforms
• SaaS or large system products
• Comfortable working with engineers, QA teams, and senior stakeholders.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Exposure to

AI, Computer Vision, Surveillance, IoT, GovTech, or Smart City platforms

.

• Experience with system diagrams, flowcharts, and requirement tools.
• Familiarity with how large deployments (railways, airports, cities, enterprises) operate.

What This Role Is NOT

• Not a pure client-facing or sales BA role.
• Not a documentation-only role without product thinking.
• Not suitable for candidates looking for light or low-ownership work.
