Job Description

The Jaftex family of brands — FreeSpirit Fabrics, Henry Glass, Studio E Fabrics, and Blank Quilting Corp. — is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly collaborative Marketing Execution Manager who wants more than just a marketing role. We’re looking for someone eager to immerse themselves in the textile and creative industries, help shape brand conversations, build meaningful relationships, and strengthen connections with both our B2B partners and passionate consumer communities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong brands, driving engagement across wholesale and retail audiences, and growing alongside a vibrant, creative industry.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who thrives balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution. You’ll lead integrated marketing initiatives, strengthen our portfolio of brands across digital and traditional platforms, collaborate across departments, and help drive engagement with consumers, retailers, distributors, influencers, and industry partners.

We’re seeking someone who is energized by storytelling, relationship-building, brand development, and turning ideas into action. This is not a “delegate from the sidelines” position — we want a roll-up-your-sleeves team player who can lead initiatives while actively contributing to the work itself.

If you’re equal parts strategist, communicator, creator, project manager, and industry connector — we’d love to meet you.

This position is based in our Charlotte, North Carolina office and requires onsite collaboration four days per week.

  • Coordinate launch-related communications and logistics across departments, international distributors, third-party vendors, and internal teams.
  • Plan and support trade and consumer events, marketing campaigns, and industry partnerships that strengthen community engagement and brand reach.
  • Build authentic relationships with industry peers, influencers, creators, and collaborators.

Digital Marketing \& Content Creation

  • Partner with Digital Specialists to strengthen social media strategy, audience growth, and digital engagement.
  • Create compelling content for websites, newsletters, social media, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and evolving digital marketing best practices.
  • Monitor analytics and campaign performance to identify insights and opportunities for continued growth.

What You Bring

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive ideas forward.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing initiatives across print, digital, social, and event channels.

  • Knowledge of SEO content best practices and digital marketing trends.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, Asana, Mailchimp/Constant Contact, Creator Studio, Later, and related platforms.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, brands marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.

Cross-Functional Collaboration \& Project Management

  • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with strong attention to timelines, communication, and execution.
  • Partner across departments to ensure alignment and seamless communication flow across marketing initiatives and company programs.
