Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing construction documents, specifications, drainage studies, and due diligence reports.
  • Contribute to multiple phases of municipal and private site development projects, including water distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, drainage, and roadway improvements.
  • Perform design calculations and assist in developing engineering solutions using standard methodologies.
  • Work closely with senior engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.
  • Assist with permitting efforts, including preparing submittals and addressing agency comments.
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members and support coordination with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications.

  • Exposure to a diverse range of municipal and private projects across water, wastewater, drainage, and land development.
