About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused technology leader to drive our SaaS product vision, engineering excellence, and platform scalability. This role will own the end-to-end product and engineering lifecycle, align technology with business goals, and build high-performing global teams.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Product \& Technology Strategy

Define and execute the product and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Drive innovation in SaaS architecture, scalability, and platform reliability.

Translate market needs into product capabilities and technical solutions.

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for product-market fit.

Engineering Leadership

Lead and scale high-performing engineering and product teams.

Establish best practices across architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, security, and QA.

Drive cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices adoption.

Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the SaaS platform.

3\.

SaaS Platform \& Architecture

Oversee multi-tenant SaaS architecture and API-first design.

Implement scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes, containerization, and automation.

Own technical debt management and system modernization initiatives.

4\.

Operational Excellence

Define KPIs for engineering velocity, uptime, quality, and release cycles.

Drive Agile/Scrum practices and DevOps culture.

Ensure compliance, data security, and regulatory adherence (if applicable).

Required Qualifications

12\+ years in technology leadership within SaaS environments.

Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, APIs, CI/CD.

Proven experience scaling engineering teams (50\+ preferred).

Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products.

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Experience in Healthcare SaaS

Background in AI/ML-enabled SaaS products.

Prior experience as CTO / VP Engineering / in a growth-stage company.
