United States (Remote)

Compensation:

$140,000–$160,000 base salary

Schedule:

Full-time

What will your day look like?

• UX Strategy \& Product Improvement:

Assess existing product experiences, identify usability challenges, and create intuitive workflows that improve customer outcomes

• Design Leadership:

Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs while helping establish design standards and scalable design systems

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align priorities, drive product strategy, and support successful implementation

Who are you?

• Experienced UX Professional:

7\+ years of UX Design, Product Design, or related experience delivering end-to-end design solutions for complex software products

• Problem Solver:

Comfortable navigating ambiguity, evaluating existing work, and determining where experiences should be refined, redesigned, or standardized

• Collaborative Leader:

Strong communicator who can influence stakeholders, facilitate design discussions, mentor designers, and partner effectively with engineering teams

Preferred Experience

• Financial services, fintech, banking, lending, mortgage, or other regulated industry experience
• Expertise with Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
• Experience working within cloud-based software environments
• Prior experience mentoring designers or helping build and scale design teams
