Role Overview

We are looking for a Vice President – Product to own and scale AI platform—from early-stage product to a category-defining system in patent intelligence.

This role is about translating vision into execution, driving AI \+ engineering \+ domain workflows, and building a product deeply integrated with revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy \& Roadmap

• Define roadmap across portfolio analysis, PAS, SEP mapping, and claim chart generation

• Balance speed vs reliability and automation vs expert validation

• Align product with real monetization workflows

Product Execution

• Own PRDs, prioritization, sprints, and releases

• Work with internal teams and external partners

• Drive rapid iteration cycles

AI Workflow Design

• Design agentic workflows across ingestion, parsing, search, and scoring

• Define AI vs human validation layers

• Ensure traceability and low hallucination outputs

Internal \+ External Alignment

• Build customer-facing and internal delivery systems

• Ensure product improves delivery and vice versa

GTM Collaboration

• Support positioning, pricing, and packaging

• Assist beta onboarding and feedback loops

Metrics \& Product Intelligence

• Track time-to-value, output quality, conversions, and efficiency gains

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 10\+ years in product leadership

• Experience building 0→1 or scaling products

• Strong execution mindset

• Experience with AI/ML systems

• Ability to operate in ambiguity

Nice-to-Have:

• Legal tech / IP experience

• Semantic search / knowledge systems

• Experience with distributed teams
