The Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to serve as Clinic Director of our Irving, TX location. This role combines patient care with leadership responsibilities to ensure excellent outcomes and clinic success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations, assessments, and follow-ups for TRT patients.
• Prescribe/manage hormone therapy and interpret lab results.
• Oversee clinic operations: staff management, prescriptions, lab reviews, compliance.
• Implement new initiatives, treatments, and services.
• Ensure clinic goals and patient care standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in good standing.
• DEA Certificate \& Controlled Substance Registration.
• 2\+ years of experience (men’s health or TRT preferred).
• Leadership/management experience strongly valued.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
