Workday Analyst

Fitness International, LLC is currently seeking a hands-on

Workday Analyst

to support and enhance our enterprise Workday platform. Our team works across the full ecosystem, including:

Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Reporting, Workday Extend, and Intelligent Data Core (Accounting Center, Prism Analytics, Adaptive Planning).

This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Accounting, Finance, and IT to design, configure, and optimize scalable solutions across highly sensitive areas such as financial statement payroll and employee PII.

The position is on premises (not remote) in either our Irvine, CA or Irving, TX headquarters

Key Responsibilities

  • Support short- and long-term projects that deliver on the Company’s strategies.
  • Configure and support complex business processes across HCM, Time \& Absence, Payroll, Accounting (including Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable and General Ledger) , and Procurement.
  • Design advanced calculated fields, condition rules, validations, and automation.
  • Develop complex reports (advanced, composite, matrix) and dashboards.
  • Participate in Workday bi-annual releases, regression testing, feature adoption and the related documentation and training.
  • Troubleshoot cross-functional issues and serve as a senior escalation resource.
  • Ensure high data accuracy and integrity across payroll, compensation, and financial domains.
  • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Required Experience

  • 4\+ years of hands-on Workday experience in a multi-module environment.
  • Experience working within an internal Workday team
  • Strong configuration experience in at least 3 of these areas:
  • Core HCM
  • Payroll
  • Time Tracking \& Absence
  • Benefits
  • Accounting
  • Finance
  • Procurement
  • Advanced Reporting and Prism
  • Workday Extend
  • Deep understanding of Workday data model and Business Process Framework.
  • Advanced calculated field and reporting expertise.
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and have advanced skills in Excel.
  • Ability to set up and choose key data to show in reporting including graphs and key data points.
  • VLOOKUPS, formulas, pivot tables, and graphing.
  • Experience handling sensitive payroll, compensation, and PII data with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, pay attention to details, set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as a customer service focus
