to help build something from the ground up.

creating a smarter, more efficient procurement engine

across our entire development platform.

, you’ll have the opportunity to drive real cost savings, build supplier relationships, and impact projects at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own procurement of

interior materials (finishes, fixtures, FF\&E)

• Build and manage

direct relationships with manufacturers \+ suppliers

• Help develop a

direct-to-supplier purchasing strategy

• Negotiate

pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines

• Partner with

design \+ construction teams

to stay aligned on budget

• Track procurement schedules to keep projects moving

• Identify

cost-saving opportunities \+ process improvements

• Build structure around

vendor management \+ procurement systems

Who We’re Looking For

• 5\+ years in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing

• Experience in

construction, interiors, or development

preferred

• Strong

negotiation \+ vendor management

skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

• Comfortable operating in a

fast-paced, growing environment
