We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Law Firm Headhunter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top legal talent for various law firms. Your expertise in talent acquisition and employee relations will be crucial in building strong relationships with candidates and clients alike. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the legal industry and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with potential hires.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates for law firm positions.
• Perform cold calling to reach out to prospective candidates and gauge their interest in available positions.
• Collaborate with our law firm to understand our hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct initial screenings and evaluations of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Facilitate the interview process between candidates and law firm clients, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.
• Provide ongoing support in employee evaluation processes and assist with employee relations as needed.
