Senior Plumbing Estimator

We are working with a growing Commercial HVAC Company, looking to bring on an Plumbing Estimator. Specifically, they are looking for someone with 4\+ years of estimating experience, on the commercial side.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Responsible for estimating, purchasing, submittal review and job coordination.
• Accurately estimate plans \& specifications to design/build plumbing systems using computer estimating systems and other related software
• Experience in obtaining and evaluating material, direct labor, manufacture equipment pricing and subcontractor quotes.
• Evaluate plans \& specifications, and have the ability to identify discrepancies and have an understanding of how to address them accordingly

Requirements:

• 4\+years of experience in the plumbing industry
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, products, and services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel locally as required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

The annual salary for this position is between 170k-220k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
