Job Description
Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR functions while serving as a strategic partner to leadership. This individual will play a key role in fostering a positive, high-performing culture, supporting team development, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small HR team
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational growth
- Oversee full-cycle HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Champion company culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage and improve HR processes, policies, and procedures
- Support recruiting efforts and onboarding to ensure a strong candidate and employee experience
- Leverage HR systems (currently ADP Workforce Now) for reporting, analytics, and process efficiency
Qualifications:
- Prior experience managing and developing direct reports required
- Background in Human Resources within a fast-paced environment; hospitality industry experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first mindset
- Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
- Hands-on, proactive approach with a desire to improve processes and drive impact
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms
