Job Title :

Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Oversee daily activities of sales supervisors and representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and analyze regular sales performance reports and submit them to senior management.
  • Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to increase market share and drive growth.
  • Handle major customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise recruitment, training, and development of the regional sales team.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with all types of retail outlets, including supermarkets, groceries, and mini markets, ensuring full coverage and effective execution of promotions.
  • Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships with key clients and monitor field activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region and recommend strategic actions.
  • Ensure full compliance of the sales team with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with marketing, pricing, and supply chain teams to implement promotional plans and ensure proper demand and supply balance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably as a Regional Sales Manager.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the food industry (FMCG).
  • Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Willing to travel frequently within the assigned region.
