Job Description
- Drive business growth for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) products across the assigned zone.
- Identify and onboard corporate anchors, dealers, distributors, and vendors for SCF programs.
- Develop and implement zone-wise sales strategies to achieve revenue and portfolio targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, NBFCs, banks, and channel partners.
- Work closely with credit, risk, operations, and product teams for smooth onboarding and disbursement.
- Monitor portfolio performance, utilization levels, and delinquency within the zone.
- Lead and manage the regional sales team, including target setting, mentoring, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
