The Role
TrakMotive is seeking a Corporate Strategy Analyst to serve as a key resource for our internal and executive teams. Functioning as an internal consultant, you will support the creation of new business initiatives and drive value creation through quantitative and qualitative analysis. From monitoring competitor market share, to building complex financial models, your work will provide the foundation for critical business decisions. This is an ideal role for a strategic professional who thrives in a project-based environment and is looking to influence the "big picture" of a global organization.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities:
- Support the evaluation of key enterprise level growth initiatives to better understand opportunities and serve as a key input to prioritization decisions.
- Activities include: identifying key issues and enablers, structuring problems, developing and delivering on workplans that drive value creation across TrakMotive; performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, including analyzing data, creating financial models, and conducting market and competitive research; synthesizing findings, developing a storyline and the supporting materials to communicate recommendations to Senior Management and Leadership Team
- Monitor and track market trends and competitor market share to identify threats and opportunities.
- Support creation of materials for Senior leadership
- Support cross-functional business partners with analytical insights and problem solving
- Build cross functional partnerships and consensus
- Project management of multiple initiatives across the organization
Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree
- 3\+ years of professional work experience in management consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or related analytical fields
- Demonstrated track record as outstanding problem solver and strategic thinking with ability to quickly identify key issues, develop hypothesis and clearly communicate a point of view
- Ability to work in detail whilst being able to grasp the “big picture”
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, actionable recommendations and next steps
- Strong skills in financial modeling and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, organize, and analyze large and complex data sets
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Excellent Microsoft Suite skills (especially in Excel and PowerPoint) and ability/willingness to learn new tools
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Spanish is a plus

Physical Demands \& Requirements
Physical Effort
: Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Position involves a combination of stationary work and frequent movement throughout the facility and across multiple levels.
