Junior HR Business Partner
We are seeking a
Junior HR Business Partner
to play a key role in delivering high-quality HR advisory and generalist support across the UK and wider EMEA region.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to
develop and strengthen their business partnering capability
within a fast-paced, international environment.
Working closely with managers, employees and senior HR colleagues, you will provide
pragmatic, employee-focused guidance
, help foster a positive workplace culture, and support the delivery of strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, generalist HR advice, particularly across
employee relations matters
, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policies
- Support managers and employees on
performance, probation, absence and wellbeing
- Manage the
end-to-end employee lifecycle
, including onboarding, inductions, probation reviews, contractual changes and offboarding
- Maintain accurate HR data, trackers and records, ensuring attention to detail and timely delivery
- Support
UK immigration processes
, including visa documentation and compliance
- Analyse and interpret
people data
to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making
- Assist with
performance management and development processes
, including year-end reviews
- Contribute to organisational change initiatives such as
restructures, redundancies and TUPE transfers
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and HR specialist teams to establish yourself as a
trusted advisor
- Support and lead HR projects to improve processes, engagement and operational effectiveness
- Ensure ongoing compliance with HR policies and employment legislation
Ideal Candidate
Will be experienced in a
generalist HR role
, ideally within a global or matrix environment
- Strong knowledge of
UK employment law
with the confidence to apply it in practice
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with
data and analytics
to inform decisions
- A confident communicator with strong
interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a willingness to learn
- Able to work both
independently and collaboratively
across teams
Qualifications
- Degree in HR or a related discipline
- Working towards or fully
CIPD qualified
, or equivalent practical experience
