Job Description

This position partners closely with senior sales leadership to deliver insights, forecasting, and financial guidance that influence business performance across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and highly skilled at turning complex data into actionable recommendations.
This is a hybrid role with four days per week in our North York office.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary finance partner to Sales leadership, providing ongoing analysis, insights, and strategic support to drive business performance and growth initiatives.
- Lead revenue forecasting and budgeting processes across multiple regions, customers, product lines, and brands.
- Develop sales targets and performance models that align field execution with broader organizational objectives.
- Analyze sales trends, customer profitability, and market opportunities to identify growth drivers and areas of risk.
- Build dashboards, executive summaries, and data-driven presentations that translate financial results into clear business stories and recommendations.
- Evaluate customer investment opportunities and promotional programs to ensure targeted return on investment and long-term profitability.
- Monitor and assess sales pipelines, providing visibility into opportunities, risks, and expected financial impact.
- Conduct post-investment reviews by comparing actual performance against forecasts and business cases to improve future decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally with commercial teams to maximize revenue growth while supporting profitability goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, streamlined reporting, and enhanced forecasting and analytical processes.
What You Bring
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5\+ years of experience in Sales Finance, FP\&A, or commercial finance, including leadership or project management experience.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how financial decisions impact broader business performance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Experience improving processes, reporting automation, and analytical capabilities is considered a strong asset.
