Position Summary

Lead the engineering organization responsible for the design, development, and delivery of advanced cooling solutions supporting mission-critical data center infrastructure. The Director of Engineering will oversee engineering teams across product development and engineered-to-order (ETO) solutions, ensuring technical excellence, scalable product platforms, and alignment with manufacturing and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering teams delivering NPD and ETO cooling systems
• Define and execute the engineering strategy and product roadmap
• Drive collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through launch
• Ensure designs support scalable manufacturing, quality, and delivery performance

Required Qualifications

• 10\+ years of experience in engineering leadership within technical or manufacturing environments
• Experience leading cross-functional product development programs
• Strong collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
