The Division is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to plan, organize, and manage proposals, documentation submittals, customer orders, and communications for assigned accounts. In this role, you will oversee projects from quotation through execution, serving as a key liaison between MEPPI divisions, customers, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

What You’ll Do:
Lead Customer \& Project Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and projects. Collaborate with customers to define and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks to keep projects on track.
Manage Project Execution:
Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive project plans, including goals, scheduling, resource allocation, risk identification, payments, and contingency plans. Ensure customer commitments are met and project costs remain within budget.
Resolve Technical \& Commercial Challenges:
Lead resolution of commercial and technical issues, including customer payments, schedule changes, and change orders. Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, delay fees, and contract terms associated with projects.
Facilitate Key Project Milestones:
Organize, facilitate, and document kick-off meetings, design reviews, factory tests, and commissioning scopes both internally and externally.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Efforts:
Coordinate MEPPI work across Field Service, coordinators, purchasing, and other internal teams. Manage site work, including authorized service providers and subcontractors.
Monitor Progress \& Communicate Status:
Prepare project status reports and keep management, customers, and stakeholders informed of progress and key issues. Identify, track, and expedite resolution of problems while escalating as appropriate.
Drive Continuous Improvement:
Conduct follow-up lessons learned and contribute to the development of internal processes and procedures.
Represent the Division Professionally:
Support the Division’s goals and maintain a positive, professional image through effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.
Support Multiple Projects \& Travel:
Manage multiple medium-scale projects simultaneously and travel frequently to customer and vendor sites as needed.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 7 years of project management experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Advanced knowledge of assigned products, including uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, battery systems, IT cooling, transmission and distribution substation equipment, battery energy storage systems, and solar inverters
- Advanced knowledge of project management, construction, and commissioning concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across technical, commercial, and financial matters
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

- Competitive Compensation: Salary range for this position is expected to be between $105,000 – $130,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
