Senior Technical Business Analyst

The purpose of this position is to analyse business requirement, write BRD (business requirement document), update BRD, gather requirement from the client side and create wireframes for all the company projects.

Responsibilities \& Duties:

• Gather requirements from clients to create business requirement document for new projects or services.
• Create BRD that is sent to the development and testing team to be used as a referral while implementing the project.
• Update BRD upon receiving CRs from client side or the PM of the project and testing lead to have an updated document that is shared with the development and testing team.
• Create wireframes for the project and add it to the BRD to simplify the work for the developing and testing team.
• Update project wireframes upon new CRs to update the team with the new changes.
• Create BPMN (Business Process Model \& Notation) diagram to clarify the business workflow.

Job Specifications:

• Graduated from Faculty of Computer Science or Engineering
• 4-7 years of experience
• Excellence the use of the following tools:
• Bizagi (workflow tool)
• Microsoft Axure (wireframe tool)
• Microsoft Visio
• Microsoft Word
• Communication Skills
• Ownership
