About MAS Consulting Engineers

MAS Consulting Engineers is a civil engineering consulting firm based in Fort Worth, Texas. Since 2015, we have provided civil engineering design services throughout North Texas for both municipal and private-sector clients. Our projects include water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, storm drainage infrastructure, roadway improvements, paving, grading, and site development.

As a growing consulting firm, our team members have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, gain experience across multiple disciplines, and play an active role in project development and client service.

Position Overview

MAS Consulting Engineers is seeking motivated civil engineering professionals to join our team. We are open to candidates at all experience levels, including Civil 3D Technicians, Designers, EITs, Professional Engineers, and Project Managers.

Successful candidates will contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of municipal and private development projects throughout North Texas. Responsibilities will vary based on experience level and may include engineering design, drafting, project coordination, client communication, and construction support.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Prepare engineering plans, calculations, and construction documents
  • Perform site layout, grading, utility, roadway, and drainage design
  • Develop and maintain AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings and models
  • Assist with hydrologic and hydraulic analyses
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, review agencies, and team members
  • Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and supporting documentation
  • Participate in project meetings and respond to review comments
  • Conduct occasional site visits and assist with construction-phase services

Qualifications

  • Experience in civil engineering, design, drafting, or project management
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
  • EIT certification or PE license preferred for engineering positions
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
  • Desire to learn, grow professionally, and contribute to a team environment
