Role Overview

The Team Lead – Social Media Operations will be responsible for

end-to-end execution, team management, and delivery of social media outputs across multiple language teams (5 languages)

. This role demands strong leadership, operational discipline, and accountability for results, ensuring all campaigns and content are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

1\. Team \& Manpower Management

  • Lead and manage multiple social media teams across

5 language verticals

  • Allocate resources effectively based on workload and priorities
  • Monitor team productivity, performance, and bandwidth utilization
  • Mentor team members and ensure skill development and efficiency

2\. Delivery \& Execution Ownership

  • Own

end-to-end delivery

of all social media content and campaigns

  • Ensure

timely execution

as per content calendars and campaign plans

  • Act as the

single point of accountability

for output quality and deadlines

  • Track progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks

3\. Planning \& Workflow Management

  • Conduct

daily stand-ups

, weekly planning, and review meetings

  • Drive structured workflows for content creation, approvals, and publishing
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (design, content, performance marketing)
  • Ensure smooth execution from ideation → creation → approval → publishing

4\. Approvals \& Quality Control

  • Review and approve content across all language teams before publishing
  • Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual standards
  • Ensure localization quality and cultural relevance for each language

5\. Communication \& Collaboration

  • Lead discussions with internal teams for campaign planning and execution
  • Align with marketing and business teams on priorities and deliverables
  • Act as a bridge between strategy and execution teams

6\. Performance \& Outcome Responsibility

  • Take ownership of

final outcomes

  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize execution strategies
  • Ensure campaigns meet engagement, reach, and business objectives
