Director, Product Management

For our client, we are seeking a Director Product Management to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Information Technology space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate the vision and strategy for AI-native low-code app development
• Pioneer user-centric discovery processes through customer engagement
• Define use cases and validate them through prototyping and feedback
• Track key product outcomes impacting customer adoption and business KPIs
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, Engineering, and other teams for delivery
• Mentor Product Managers to evolve the product organization towards customer-driven approaches
• Balance technical innovation with market needs for product roadmap

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager in B2B low-code/no-code platforms or AI-based products
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams without direct authority
• Experience in redefining product processes with a strong sense of UX
• Strong technical fluency in low-code/no-code abstractions and AI solutions
• Deep understanding of buyer journeys for B2B platform businesses
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive clarity
• Strong prioritization skills according to critical customer needs and market dynamics
