As a Material Master Data Analyst, you will be the guardian of data integrity, ensuring that SAP ERP systems and supply chain logistics run flawlessly. You’ll dive deep into master data governing manufacturing, sales, and distribution, utilizing tools like SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and advanced Excel to drive operational excellence in a high-stakes healthcare environment.

The Role

• Orchestrate the creation, maintenance, and auditing of Material Master Data records within SAP ECC to support seamless manufacturing and supply chain operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R\&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure data accuracy across various views including Sales, Purchasing, and Plant data.

• Execute rigorous data validation and cleansing projects to eliminate redundancies and improve system performance using SAP Mass Maintenance tools.

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and process improvement opportunities that streamline the product lifecycle management (PLM) workflow.

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and data governance documentation to ensure compliance with medical device industry regulations.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience managing Material Master Data within an SAP environment (ECC or S/4HANA) is essential.

• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data visualization techniques for large-scale reporting.

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data management, supply chain, or a related analytical field within a regulated industry (Life Sciences or MedTech preferred).

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data structures and hierarchies without manual errors.

• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical IT requirements and business operational needs.
