• Build and own advanced financial models including business cases, valuations, and scenario analysis
• Conduct in-depth market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis across key sectors
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support leadership decision-making
• Develop high-quality, board-level presentations with strong storytelling and clarity
• Support end-to-end strategy development including market entry, growth strategy, and operating models
• Perform market sizing, demand assessments, and commercial analysis for new initiatives
• Design and validate business models, pricing strategies, and revenue streams
• Establish performance tracking frameworks including KPIs and dashboards
• Support investment evaluation through feasibility studies and commercial due diligence
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and operations teams

Discover the requirements

• 3\+ years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis
• Experience in real estate, proptech, infrastructure, or related sectors is highly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-ready presentations
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and deliver clear insights
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
