🚨 Hiring: Financial Controller (Karachi)

I’m looking to hire a strong Financial Controller to work closely with me across a group of companies operating in manufacturing, chemicals, paints, plastics, dairy, and exports.

This is NOT a routine finance role.

We are at a stage where systems exist (SAP B1 HANA and defined processes), but we now require someone who can bring

control, discipline, and structure

to support scalable growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the entire finance function (AR, AP, Treasury, MIS)
• Enforce daily financial discipline across multiple entities
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly closings
• Identify and fix process gaps — not just work around them
• Build visibility through dashboards, reporting, and controls
• Lead, manage, and strengthen the finance team

🔹 Candidate Profile:

• ACCA / CA qualified (or equivalent)
• 8–12 years of relevant experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong command over financial controls — beyond basic accounting
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently

🔹 This Role Is NOT:

• A bookkeeping or data entry position
• A reporting-only function
• Suitable for candidates requiring close supervision
