Responsibilities

Strategy \& Planning

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business and trading objectives
• Forecast demand and plan inventory movements across warehouses and retail distribution points
• Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain supervisors and warehouse staff
• Set clear KPIs, monitor daily performance, and foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence
• Ensure adherence to SOPs across logistics, warehousing, and shop distribution

Vendor \& 3PL Management

• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, transporters, and third-party logistics providers
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure reliability and quality of service
• Oversee compliance with customs, documentation, and regulatory requirements across all shipments

Cost Optimization \& KPIs

• Monitor and control logistics and supply chain costs, with a strong focus on reducing landed costs
• Track and report on key metrics including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and shipment performance
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising service levels

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of supply chain experience, preferably in fashion or retail
• Strong knowledge of GCC logistics landscape, customs regulations, and 3PL operations
• Proven people management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in supply chain systems (WMS, ERP) and reporting tools
• Master's and bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
