The Role:

The Email Marketing \& Retention Specialist is a full-time, on-site, hands-on role based in Rishon LeZion. You will plan, build and optimize email campaigns and automated flows that drive engagement, retention and lifetime value. Day to day: segmenting customer lists, building flows in Klaviyo (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-Back), crafting content and offers, running A/B tests, and monitoring performance. You will partner with marketing, product and customer support to shape lifecycle strategies, win-back and loyalty programs, and continuously improve every journey using data.

This is an on-site position at our Rishon LeZion office, open only to candidates based in Israel who can work from the office.

What matters to us:

  • Several years of real, hands-on experience in Email Marketing and Retention. Klaviyo experience is a must (building flows and automations end to end)
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, used daily as a core part of the workflow (this is how we work);

working with Claude is a plus

  • Strong analytical ability: tracking KPIs, interpreting performance data and turning it into action
  • Experience in broader online marketing, including Social
  • Segmentation, personalization and lifecycle marketing, from acquisition through repeat purchase
  • Excellent English and persuasive copy skills; strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • A fast learner, independent, with a strong drive to succeed

A plus:

  • Experience in additional marketing areas (Social, Content, CRO, Loyalty, Paid) is an advantage
  • Background in E-commerce / D2C (ideally wellness, health or consumer products)
  • Experience working with companies that market to the U.S.
  • A/B testing and experimentation
